I would need to create a template. I have the skills (css / html etc) The problem is that thestyle of burning board are a little strange, does not have file.css. Contain only file.xml and if I use the xml ... how can I tell what I'm going to change, if I do not know the names of the individual elements?

Did you try using the style editor in your ACP? I think creating an own package is the wrong way to do it.

You can add the CSS code for that in the style editor. It has a field for "Custom CSS Declarations"

Or, as an alternative, by using web developer tools such as Firebug. -
