WoltLab Suite: Ticket System
An comfortable ticket system for reporting support tickets and software bugs.
This plugin allows you to automatically import a ticket from a received email via IMAP. The mailboxes can be managed comfortably.

If the import mailbox is the same as the one of the ticket/category owner, it could happen that every ticket notification also opens a new ticket at the same time. This is now prevented by skipping emails if the recipient and sender are the same.
Fixed a bug that caused the page title to be displayed incorrectly in emails.
