That looks an awful lot like a browser bug, because the text of the icons is part of the unicode private range. Possibly some other browser extension is interfering here? Can you please check with the developer tools of your browser where that “H” comes from?

I can't reproduce this problem in Chrome, but I can reproduce something similar in Brave for Android.

Apparently others libraries have run into the same issues and it is possible to specify translate="no" for these icons.
