Filebase: Do not delete the file when deleting the only version

If you only have one version of a file, deleting this version the file is completely deleted from the filebase (not only the version). I don't think this is appropriate behaviour, or at least not without warning the user. Creating an attractive overview for a file costs too much work to lose it all because of an error or unexpected behaviour.
