Language - 'wcf.menu.item.com.woltlab.wcf.LegalNotice' phrase is missing

When you install 'Legal Notice System' the system automatically adds 'wcf.menu.item.com.woltlab.wcf.LegalNotice' phrase for English and German languages. If you are using other language (e.g. Spanish) this phrase is not generated automatically.

I guess this is fixed by adding 'wcf.menu.item.com.woltlab.wcf.LegalNotice' to the language files to be able to translate this sentence using the original language file as blueprint.

I don't know if this could be related. There are other pages in the Woltlab Suite Core that do not have a phrase to translate the page title (but a title in English and German is created by default).

For example in Account Management tab.

Settings and Privacy: Privacy is translated via language file.

Avatar Management or Signature Management are not translated via language file.

I don't understand why the default pages don't have a phrase to translate their titles. In this way, a complete translation of the entire core could be provided via a language file.

Related or new bug?

1. Change the page title Edit Page > Thread Log > Contents > Title

2. Upload a language file (if you have changed the title in the English language, upload en.xml file).

3. Check the page in the front end (the title not changes).

4. You need to find the Page in the ACP and press Submit to apply the new title.

(*) This blocks the automatically page title translation via a language file.

wcf.menu.item.com.woltlab.wcf.UsersOnlineList phrase is missing in the language files, but it appears in the ACP.

Is it related?
