Woltlab error?

I have an unusual problem and not sure if it's Internet related or Woltlab related. None of us admins can access the site while a good many members can. Can't be sure if all members can besides the admins. Admins are spread out over 4 states.

There are 2 other sites on the same server and they're working fine.

When I check wcf/logs I see several similar errors like this,

What happened?

An error has occured while trying to handle your request and execution has been terminated. Please forward the above error code to the site administrator.

The error code can be used by an administrator to lookup the full error message in the Administration Control Panel via “Logs » Errors”. In addition the error has been written to the log file located at */log/2017-08-15.txt and can be accessed with a FTP program or similar.

Notice: The error code was randomly generated and has no use beyond looking up the full message.

So, you think this is an Internet issue or Woltlab?

Forgot to mention, members that can access the site report that it's showing us online.

Assuming I did that correctly, it didn't help, thanks though.

With all the reports I have at present, it seems it's only the admins that can't access the site, all other groups are reporting they can so far.

It's confirmed, it is something with the admin group, one of our admins remember he set up a test account, he was able to access the board that way. But no admin access with that account.

OK, I never could find and repair the problem, I finally had to use a backup on mysql. The newest one I had that wasn't affected also was 5 days old, members weren't too happy about losing posts and such, but it is what it is. The issue is resolved now and all the admins are back on the board.
