The memory_limit is much to low. You need at least 128MB.
Could I get FTP access? You can send me the data via conversation.

I just saw something that could create problems, your max_execution_time is set to 0, you must increase it to at least 30.
Your Php memory limit seems to be restricted to 32M on server side, so I hope for you that your local value "2048M" is used..

As Andrea Berg said, it's maybe your browser cache you need to clear.
Note that you must buy the Forum app separately

If you want to use the forum function, then you have to buy WoltLab Suite forum. You have only installed the free CMS.
