Address book for managing internal and external contacts. Perfect for your intranet.

This plugin provides the address book as an end application for your WoltLab Suite version.

View contacts

In the frontend you can view your contacts and find out more about the contact by clicking on it. Individual contacts can be sorted into categories.

Export contacts

For each contact there is a button "vCard". This allows you to conveniently export the contact as a vCard and add it to your smartphone, for example.

Find contacts

The address book is directly integrated into the WoltLab Suite search. You can find your contacts as usual using the normal search.

Create contact

Every employee in your companies can create contacts in the address book. If you don't want every employee to be able to create or view addresses, you can restrict this by the user group permissions or the permissions within the categories.

As many phone numbers and addresses as you need!

Some contacts have multiple phone numbers, fax numbers and addresses. In this address book you can create as many as you need and label the individual phone numbers and addresses with inidividual icons. The icons and labels for this can be configured comfortably in the ACP.
