With this extension you connect the knowledge base with the ticket system. As soon as the title of a ticket is entered and the next field is changed, the system automatically displays knowledge articles that could possibly help.
This way, the user can possibly help himself and does not have to enter a ticket.
You decide for each ticket category whether you want to activate the function and from which categories of the knowledge base suggestions should be made.
IMPORTANT: The plugin "Ticket System" and "Knowledge Base" must be installed
