WoltLab Cloud +Article 5.5.0

Through this plugin articles can be marked as +Article and thus be read completely only for certain user groups

With the help of this plugin selected articles can only be read completely if the user is in a matching user group.

When creating an article (whether via the ACP or via the frontend) an article can be marked as +Article, provided that the user has the right to set these.


The configuration of the plugin can be found in the ACP under Configuration->CMS->Articles->+Article, there you can configure the following:

  • The user groups that are needed to read a +Article completely, here the user must be in all selected user groups.
  • The length of the text that will be displayed if the user is not in the above mentioned usergroups.
  • A custom title for the box that will be displayed if the user is not in the above mentioned usergroups.
  • An individual description of how to read the +Article if the user is not in the above mentioned user groups.


By these functions articles can be read only if e.g. the user registers or also books a paid membership.


In combination with the Paid Memberships, VieCode Shop: Paid Memberships or Automatic User Group Assignments this can happen automatically.

  • Guten Morgen,

    Das Plugin ist TOP und bekommt von mir auch noch eine Rezension. Allerdings hab ich noch ein Problem. Die Textlänge ohne +Account steht standardmäßig auf 500 und hab sie dort belassen. Leider werden keine 500 Zeichen angezeigt, sondern lediglich das Inhaltsverzeichnis und das wars. Ist diese Problematik bekannt?

    • Das problem ist, dass das Inhaltsverzeichnis ebenfalls Inhalt ist, sprich content. Das System berechnet die Text Zeichen von allen Inhalten und kann nicht unterscheiden ob hier das Inhaltsverzeichnis oder der eigentlicher Text ist.

  • Lässt sich einstellen, das auch die jeweiligen +Artikel Kommentare nur die Mitglieder lesen können die Zugriff auf den +Artikel haben?

    • Das lässt sich sicher umsetzten. Aber aktuell ist es noch nicht eingebaut.

      Ich werde dies mal Zusatz aufnehmen für später.

    1. Wenn man bei Textlänge ohne +Account den Wert 0 eingibt (es soll quasi nur der Einleitungstext angezeigt werden), wird eine Fehlermeldung geworfen.
    2. In der Benutzergruppe Gäste können keine Berechtigungen vergeben werden.


    • Das mit den Gästen stimmt, es macht auch wenig Sinn, wenn sie diese Rechte bekommen. Dann kann man auch gleich das Plugin fast weglassen.

      Bezüglich der textlänge. Es wird sozusagen eine Einleitung angezeigt von dem richtigen content/Inhalt der X Zeichen und anschließend wird dann, wie auf den Screenshots, einen Meldung angezeigt das man einen +Account benötigt. Was das genau für dich/deine Seite ist kannst du dann frei definieren

    • @Benutzergruppe: Hätte ich mir eigentlich auch gedacht. Mich hat dann nur irritiert, warum man bei der Benutzergruppe Jeder die Berechtigung vergeben kann.

      @Textlänge: Dh. nur Einleitungstext erlauben funktioniert also nicht?

    • Richtig. Das geht nicht, weil den sieht man ja so oder so schön in der Übersicht.
