This plugin for WoltLab Suite logs the use of the contact form and optionally sends an acknowledgement of receipt / email copy to the user of the contact form.

WoltLab Suite 3.1 introduces a highly configurable contact form. Whether, how often and with what content contact attempts have taken place, however, can not be looked up in the ACP. Contact Log changes this.

Function

This plugin for WoltLab Suite monitors the submission of the contact form and logs the data available at the time of submission, such as the time, IP address and content of the form. The log can be viewed in the ACP under "Contents". Contacts can be given a status In Processing / Not in Processing.


Optionally, it is possible to send the user a blanket acknowledgement of receipt (version 5.4.1) or a copy of the user input in the contact form when sending the contact form. The email address specified in the system's email configuration is used for this purpose. In enterprise mode (WoltLab Cloud), only the acknowledgement of receipt can be sent.

Configuration

The settings for acknowledgement of receipt / e-mail copy must first be configured in the ACP under Configuration - Messages - Contact Form. Moreover, the existing settings (permissions and options) for the contact form and the storing of the IP addresses are used.

Wo kann ich denn wie im Text in Aussicht gestellt, die IP-Adresse des Absenders einsehen? Eine entsprechende Spalte sehe ich nicht, auch nicht in den obigen Screenshots. An welche Einstellung muss ich ran?

Es muss sowohl die Option Speicherung von IP-Adressen als auch die Berechtigung Kann die IP-Adressen der Benutzer sehen aktiv sein als.

Ich bitte Höflich um Verzeihung, aber bei einer meiner Installationen ist mit dem Protokollprogramm zum Kontaktformular ein Fehler Aufgetreten. Ich hatte ohne es zu wollen die php Version 8.2 Eingerichtet und bekam prompt bei Ausführung des Kontaktformular Protokoll eine Böse Fehlermeldung. Nach Korrektur auf php Version 8.1 bekam ich keine Fehlermeldung mehr.

Ist der Unterschied zwischen php 8.1 und php 8.2 derart Gravierend das die Sache derart Eskaliert wenn man das nicht Beachtet? :(

Ja ist es. Die WoltLab Suite 5.5 ist generell nicht kompatibel mit PHP 8.2. https://manual.woltlab.com/de/php-compatibility/

Ich würde beim Kontaktformular gerne E-Mail-Adressen sperren, die dort als Spam einmal eingegeben wurden. Ist dies möglich?

Es gibt tatsächlich einen Tipp-Fehler in der englischen Sprachdatei. Ich lade gleich ein Update in den Store hoch.

Wäre an dieser Stelle wohl angebracht zu erwähnen, dass hierdurch personenbezogene Daten erfasst werden und auf der Seite dies bezüglich Datenschutz auch hinreichend erwähnt werden sollte.

Das gilt grundsätzlich für Kontaktformulare. Soll heißen, dass dieser Hinweis bereits beim Kontaktformular selbst fehlt, und es eher ein Hinweis in Richtung WoltLab wäre.

Ja, der Plural passt irgendwie nicht und log wäre wohl negativ geprüft worden. Und da es nur im ACP auftaucht und so besser zu meinem Namen passt, ... ;)
