Unable to delete a spoiler with backspace key

The spoiler is currently implemented as a widget that prevents removals through the backspace key from within the widget itself. This is the intended behavior of widgets, although I’m not entirely happy about that either. You can set the caret “behind” the spoiler and then backspace it or click on the spoiler border to highlight it and then hit backspace.
