Detect and notify mentioned/linked threads

I recognise that this is a suggestion based on the GitHub issues.

I think it could be interesting especially when multilingualism is enabled (see attached image), also for sugestions and bugs report forums.

Perhaps in large forums it can be a mess of notifications? I don't know...
