Disabled wysiwyg textarea form when clicking on "More" in the Share button dialogUI

Not sure if this is a bug in Chromium based Browsers, as I couldn't replicate this in Firefox.
However Edge seem to have an advanced share menu on the Share button dialogUI unlike Firefox.

When I write text (or non at all), and then hit the share anchor that is on all posts, and click on the "More" button, the wysiwyg textarea seems to be disabled.
No text can be entered. However when opening the dev tools and closing them again, the textarea becomes active again.
