Improve notification setting phrases

The current notification setting phrases in english are too verbose. 'Notify me ...' is repeated all the time. I think it would be to use more direct language. In German language file they seem to be more direct too.

Examples:

- Notify me of new versions of watched files
+ New versions of watched files

- Notify me when someone replies to my comments on pages 
+ Replies to my comments on pages 

[1] Important to unify watched or subscribed terms.

[2] Important to unify the phrases style (some phrases uses when someone … or comments are written on …).
