When importing a translation, I have to select each option individually. A select all option would be more convenient.

as indicated by the description of that selection, the selection is used to correctly assign the imported phrases to a specific package. A phrase cannot be assigned to more than one package. I'm not sure what semantics you expect from being able to select more than one package at once, but I suspect you misunderstood what the selection does (which could indicate that the description needs to be clarified).

When exporting, there is an option to select all and download in one file, but not when importing?

understood. It's the export that's broken: It should not offer you to select more than one package. The language export is likely one of the oldest parts of the software and probably wasn't touched in more than a decade – it shows in the horrible UI and the broken semantics.

It would be nice to make some modernizations to facilitate translation in the future.Something like in the attached picture and after each pass, the next field is automatically saved.
