Covid: Lessons to be learned from spring 2022 public inquiry - PM
The state will be "under the microscope", Boris Johnson says, as Labour urges an earlier start date.

I have posted several URLS here from different news sources including a couple of German papers and on each occasion the Title of the article is getting clipped, making it hard to understand what the article (the embed) is about. If this behaviour is not a bug, could you consider extending whatever the default length of the embed title is, as it seems to be set at one line of text. And/Or extending the size of the embed box so that it extends across the entire width of the page, which would then it give it room to show the full titles. News sources tend to have long titles.
Of course, there still needs to be within the embed the opening paragraph of the article.
Even if this issue cannot be corrected, I would like to thank you and WOltLab for implementing my Richer Embeds suggestion.
Edit:
One other observation, the embed does not display once the post is submitted, you only see the URL. It's only when the page is reloaded, that the embed displays. This may cause confusion for users. Is it possible to implement a immediate display of the embed once the submit button is clicked?
Thank you
Edit: Edit:
Here is a link to my Xenforo thread where I have just tested the Richer Embeds feature and as you can see, the embeds do display the full title, however, the implementation and design of the WoltLab version of this feature is absolutely superior.
Hello,
We're working on an updated version that permits the title to wrap into a second line which should give it enough space to display the title.
The delay between the display is caused by the queue which will asynchronously fetch the data from the remote server. This has the benefit of being able to deal with slow / temporarily unavailable servers, as well as relying on the server to fetch the data to protect the privacy of the user.
Edit: Just uploaded the proposed change to the title handling, it now supports 2 lines, with optional truncating.
Superb!
Thank you very much. It's a great feature to have. The embeds look, really, really, good.
