Huge whitespace on mobile view

    Hi guys,


    If you view my website http://webstaff.net in mobile view (or just resize your browser to smaller) there is a huge whitespace on the right when you scroll, I don't know what has caused this but its effecting my mobile users and I've been trying to fix it all night. This is my last resort to ask on here.


    Any help would be massively appreciated.

    You need to optimize the css code for your hero box for mobile users as it hase a fixed width and margin which causes the problem.

    You're right. When I remove the two hero boxes the problem is solved.


    What would you recommend? Using media queries?

    this problem is caused by your hero box, see this .gif :




    I think you should put "auto" in your CSS for this attribute, instead of "52%", it seems to be better ;)

    This is why I moved to Woltlab, the support from the community is excellent and world class.

    Although I am still struggling with setup issues many months after moving to the WoltLab software, when I do pay visits to this forum and ask questions, people are friendly and helpful.

    I am a Newbie Admin. Please be gentle, I don't understand technical things.
    (Please can we have a full manual for this software)
