mybb importer: no imported avatar at all

There is no imported avatar at all.

maximum mybb avatar dimensions are 100px X 100px, hope you can fix it.

note: I know it has been reported before, but it was on IPB importer.

As far as I know you would need the latest version of github. I believe it was fixed after beta 4 came out.

I am fairly sure it is fixed. This was not an issue that was specific to MyBB, but rather applied to all importers.
