mybb importer: soft delete post/thread

in mybb, there is a feature to soft delete posts / threads, they will be hidden from normal member, but a moderator can see them.

The problem is, after imported to woltlab, the soft-deleted posts are shown to normal members.

EDIT: Hard delete posts and threads are still displayed in woltlab after importing.

and it seems, the unapproved posts in mybb are also displayed in WBB. I'll PM you
