You need to explicitly set them in the ACP via editing the box. This has nothing to do with RTL but rather that it is a new language.

but it was not a problem before, also some other issues appear!!

~~If you add new language and change LTR into RTL the problem will appear.~~

~~But if you just Edit English Language and edit the phrase LTR into RTL it will be okay..~~

Actually I am not asking about the previous one... I was wrong! Breadcrumb still has the bug as i mentioned in the post above..

For my English I am trying to make it a little bit better
