I can see titles in Arabic but the problem is with links only..

I am using Chrome

Hi

this is „Not a Bug“, non-Latin characters are not allowed inside URLs and thus have to be encoded.

you mean its not allowed in RSS links?

Because its okay as appear in google chrome.

Google Chrome automatically decodes the alternative representation for the URL bar and re-encodes it when pressing submit.
