JavaScript in template

    I want to add some jQuery to a custom style, I created a template group and want to know which template should I copy. I thought it was the headIncludeJavaScript template but it says {* DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE *}, should I use the headInclude template instead?

    I think, the best would be in using the footer template. Additionally, you have to use the following script tag design:

</script>
