Improve Vimeo media provider

When the video is added to a channel the url is similar to https://vimeo.com/channels/staffpicks/32001208. I think is a good idea support the url of the channels by default.

Won’t be implemented Seriously? If you are viewing the Staff Pick section, for example, and you push "Share" the URL contain the channel name. Why not make things easier for users?

You can use this as regular expression for the Vimeo media provider to support "channel" URLs:
https?://vimeo\.com/(?:channels/[^/]+/)?(?P<ID>\d+)
