Check this thread: Test - Image upload error
That thread has five images uploaded, but only three are visible. I can't to reproduce this issue in my test forum.
The images are attached in the .zip file for tests.

Hm. For a short time while loading, I also see 5 embedded pictures but two of them seem to be broken somehow (link issues?). After the site finished loading, the two images which can't be displayed disappear...

I've tested this in Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11 and Microsoft Edge. Each browsers instantly shows all 5 images without any loading or display issues.
Edit: Tested on Windows 10 Pro x64

The problem is related to an ad-blocker. By disabling it you can see the images.

Also on mobile I can see all five images.

Normally I don't use Adblock in trust sites. It was activated by error. Thanks @Black Rider. -
Same to me. Otherwise I didn’t find the solution, I think.
