Can use the emoji as emoticon (smiley)

FYI: Emoji support just means, that it will be possible to save the UTF8 byte sequences into the database. It doesn't mean, that they will be automatically displayed as colored emojis or that shortcodes, such as :wink: or :thumbsup: are being parsed (except, if your browser/OS does it). However, this is something i've planned already as a plugin (if this isn't being implemented in WCF 2.2), which might be similar to my existing Emoji extension: Betatester: Sammelthread
