Allow the option to remove [Read More] from Blog Posts

When creating a blog article, it would be nice if there was an option (perhaps a checkbox) to remove [ReadMore] from a blog article on the main blog page.

For a few of my blog articles, (when I write only a short paragraph, or I'm linking to an article on another website), I prefer it to not appear.
