When you create an Album you have some permission choices to pick from. Using "Only I" (as only you can view it) seems bad wording for it when far better words could be used for that. Why not use "Just Me" or "Just You" or "Me Alone" or "You Alone" - instead of "Only I"
In terms of wording something proper, just saying "Only I" is not correct.

It definitely sounds odd to me as well. Must have slipped through, in German “Nur ich” (literally: “Only I”) would be correct depending on the exact translation of “Can View Album”.
Yes, it's the same in Italian with its "solo io," but we all know by now that literal translation between languages is more amusing than effective
