@Alexander Ebert did you receive my message regarding the "problems" i have with the plugin development?

After talking to Alexander, it turns out, that i have to wait for WCF 2.2 before it works completely, how i want. But before i can continue my work, i have to get a new computer. So... Fine

So WCF 2.2 will be MySQL 5.5+?

Has nothing to do with the MySQL support. I made Emojis work on MySQL < 5.5, that's not the problem

How will they be stored in the database then?

He could use an bbcode to store them without usage of 8bit characters.
I'll already thought about this option, parsing all emojis and replacing them should be possible, and using just a number or something like this instead of a 8bit character
