Allow users to sell their content on your site (outside sales)

I knew the next version will allow for selling items. I would like to extend that to include outside sales.

For example, you add a file on my site, and you provide your paypal address, and when someone clicks to buy that file, you get paid, not me.

@Marcel Werk this is one of those important features I think WoltLab is missing. It is also important to point out that this is something your competitors have added long time ago. I believe this feature could add a lot of value to WoltLab Filebase
