I need to a way users can either add their PayPal information and get paid directly, or add a link to their own site which is connected to the "Buy Now" button. Are there any plugins for this? I'm not interested in other file download solutions as I already own the WoltLab Filebase.

Simply: No.
(yet).There is a german suggestion to add that feature in the new version WL Filebase 2.2 (which comes out with WCF 2.2 this year)

That's too bad, I'm sure it's a deal breaker with some people when choosing a forum software and it might have been with me if I had known that it wasn't possible while I purchased my FileBase license.
I had someone join my forum yesterday and they created a new thread about a theme they are selling on their own site, a couple of members assumed it was just spam (understandably so). Theme and plugin developers are very welcome on my admin forum and it would be great if they had a way to sell their products without it looking like spam.
