Redactor style issues when showing users posts are being moderated

If you stick users in a new group created having all their threads and posts moderated, a notice gets displayed. Take a look at this image what happens to the redactor editor near BBCode list in it

I'm BUMPING this because I reported it for RC1 and see it never got fixed for RC2. Didn't even get a reply about it after me spending time reporting it?
