Forums next to each other

Hi all,

i'm trying to create a more compact view by wanting to float the forums within a categorie next to each other, like this board has:
http://androidforums.com/ , see "Android Discussion" section, all the forums ar next to each other..

I want that effect for WBB, but i do not succeed in it ... i only found a snippet for the categories, wich is the following:
