New providers for [media] BBCode

Now media BBCode allows youtube, soundcloud and vimeo (any more?).

- Ivoox is a podcasts service like soundcloud.
- Scribd is a digital library for share books and documents.

I also support can embed tweets and instagrams. Both have code to embbed, but maybe is better create social BBCode for this?

I voted already for adding more bbcodes.
So far no label has been set.
