I use a lot of quotes to indicate quoted text from other websites or laws. Obviously these texts aren't from registered users. It would be nice if I write quote without member appears the current quote icon (in 4.x).
Show quote icon if no are quoted user

It works like this (see above) instead of adding 'source/user' just click 'okay' and edit the text
