    Wenn es sich um Webspace handelt, dann kann das nur dein Webhoster machen. Bei einem dedizierten Server kannst du die Optimierungen per Shell durchführen.

    InnoDB optimieren

    Wenn InnoDB nicht optimiert werden kann, dann müssen ggf. entsprechend die Scriptlaufzeiten im PHP erhöht werden. Sonst läuft das Script in einen Timeout bevor MySQL überhaupt geantwortet hat.

    Ich habe jetzt den ganzen nachmittag an der Installation rumprobiert und alle möglichen timeout und Laufzeitparameter hochgestellt, es gibt immer einen Gateway Timeout am Anfang der eigentlichen WCF-Installation, ca. eine Minute nachdem ich die Userdaten des Administrators eingegeben habe.
    Gibt es noch einen Tipp? PHP läuft bei mir als CGI-Wrap, das Server Management System ist PD-Admin.

    Ansonsten macht sich mit dem aufgestauten Frust der Gedanke breit, warum man eine Installationsroutine nicht einfach so programmieren kann, dass sie mit einer Standard Webserverumgebung zurecht kommt... Wahlweise würde mir ein Paket zum auspacken und ein Dump zum hochladen in die DB völlig reichen.
