Problem with registration emails

when i want to register with an hotmail, live , outlook email, i don't receive emails..

I have contacted cPanel support and they told me that :

The message that you are getting pertains to the formatting in your php script.

Please be advised that this is something that we do not offer support
on. I believe it's best for you to consult with your Administrator,

PS : there is the message on the mail delivery report of my server :

SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: host mx2.hotmail.com [65.55.92.184]: 550 5.7.0 (SNT0-MC4-F3) Message could not be delivered. Please ensure the message is RFC 5322 compliant.

Yes, of course, i give you that right now in PM's.

For informations i decided to use the "smtp" setting and it works, but with defaut php it doesn't.
