Can't reproduce this on your site, it might have been caused by the URL rewrite configuration issue you've faced lately. Tested on both desktop and iPhone.
-
I tested with 2 different smartphones (using Chrome on Android), the issue's still the same.
-
update: I tested with opera, the issue is gone. Is it related to browser?

Whatever is causing that issue, there is something wrong with your browsers. You might want to wipe the browser cache and/or consider using a different cookie prefix. Please make sure that your browser accepts cookies.
-
well, i have cleared cookies, caches. The cookies were allowed from the very start. The issue is still the same.

What is the link to your website. I can give it a try with my smartphone as well
-
update: using incognito tab (chrome), the issue is gone.

So there is still something that you haven't cleared that causes Chrome to trip over. If it would be a general issue, it would occur regardless of the browser and if it would be browser-specific, it would also be broken in incognito.

No issue.
What browser are you using?

I definitely cleared cookies, cache, history and so on.. from the beginning of time. The prove is I've been log out from all of websites in my (two) smartphones.

What browser are you using?
You can't recognize it? Google Chrome for mobile.

Hi
No issue.
slightly offtopic: Please, please use the designated @example.com domain (or your own domain) for such tests. The Stiftung Warentest employee with the email address test@test.deprobably is not too happy to receive such mails
-
I use that address as spammail for pages without email confirmation, too. Since 2005. Copied that from friends and never thought about that. I'm sorry for that guy. He will receive porn. I got hundreds of registrations with that address I'm pretty sure that address rejects emails.

Hi
I'm pretty sure that address rejects emails.
I'm too am fairly sure that this email address will bounce. The last sentence in my previous post was meant to be funny, though the overall message of my post was serious. Even if the email address bounces it will create work for the Stiftung Warentest mailservers, while example.com simply has no MX defined and a closed port 25 on it's A record.
-
I see. To be honest, i don't use example.com as it is often blocked. Sometimes i use roflomglol@lol.de. I hope nobody uses that domain. Seems like i need my own spammail domain ... Sorry. It's pretty funny realising that your used spammail is really existing while never realising this before.

Worked for me as well using chrome...
-
update: finally solved, by upgrading chrome
