The better user wall on the profile
The WoltLab Suite: Chronicle replaces the whiteboard in the user profile with a modern chronicle that has been greatly expanded in terms of functionality. Not only does the timeline support BBCodes (such as displaying images), it also allows you to like and annotate content directly on the homepage. In addition, the chronicle can be expanded with modern plugins and thus allows, for example, a link preview as displayed on Facebook or share images directly by uploading to the chronicle of a user.
Create a real social network
With a simple Internet forum, a modern community does not go far these days. The WoltLab Suite: Chronicle makes it easy and fast to bring popular features from social networks like Facebook and Xing to their own website. Sharing content has never been so easy. Show the community what moves you and stay in touch with your friends. Everything in your own community!

New tab "Timeline" in the user profile
Inserts the new "Timeline" tab in the user profile. -
New box: Latest activities (timeline)
A brand new box will show either the shared content of all users or only members you follow. -
New box: Share
Show the community what moves you by posting content directly to your timeline. -
Do not miss anything
As usual, you will be notified of new comments, likes, and history entries. -
Addons & Extensions
At the beginning, there will be the optional extensions "share pictures" and "link preview", giving a real Facebook feeling -
Comment timeline entries immediately
Shared content can be commented on directly in the box "Recent activities" and marked as "Like" -
Permissions freely configurable
Decide who can see, share or comment on content -
Hide entries
You do not want to see certain entries? Just hide them directly in the list and they will no longer be displayed -
Everything the same - but better
There are already old user wall entries your users want to keep? Via an importer, old entries can be easily imported into the new timline.
