Capital letter in Who's Online

Should there be a capital "A" in the brackets this picture shows, would thought it should read (a minute ago)

Just to add also. I've noticed if you allow guests to view Who's Online. While it shows it to them in drop-down list to access the Who's Online page listed under Members tab. They don't as guest see the Who's Online block displayed in footer area of a page. Is that right or should they be seeing it there also as well if having permission to view Who's Online and it's used on a page displayed?

Also, what is "Hauptmenu" that appears to be greyed out and not in English when everything else is in English?
