Problem with pictures displaying into spoiler

Hi,

I noticed that when you put a very large picture (with a very high width) in a spoiler, the picture isn't resize and you see only the visible part (which is the width size of the spoiler) of the picture.

Here is an exemple. You just see the left part of the picture.
