Add Data Attibutes To Mobile Menu

In 5.4, the mobile main menu has data-mobile-identifier attribute but it seems missing now in this site (5.5.0 RC1).

I think it would be nice to add back that data attribute which would allow us to add specific CSS to those links, i.e. inserting different icons to the links.
