Product Comparisons

Hello everyone,

I am planning on selling merchandise and VIP forum memberships on my forum.

There apparently are two Software choices I could go with:

Filebase App from Woltlab

ShopVieCode - Shop Plugin from VieCode

Is there anyone on this Woltlab forum who has purchased one or both of these?

If so, which software do you think is "best" (e.g., setting it up and features available)?

ShopVieCode - Shop seems to be quite detailed although much more costly.

However with Filebase, I would have the support (if needed) directly from Woltlab.

Any suggestions?

Additionally: Will I receive "product support" if I should it become necessary?

I viewed the Demo for Vie Code Shop. Good presentation - appears to be very detailed.

Besides the main "shop" plugin, I plan to purchase 3 add-ons to supplement the main shop plugin:

Paid Memberships - Shipping Costs - PayPal Payment Method

Would it be practical to add these add-ons after I have purchased, uploaded, and set up the main shop Plugin?

Or do you think I should purchase ALL at the same time?

The shop and the extensions provide a lot of permissions and options to setup, so it's easier to get everything.

Getting "everything" might not be a good action for me to take.

I have also an additional Woltlab APP I want to purchase.

I probably will take all this at "one step" at a time, as I don't think I should be involved with multiple projects (Plugins) at the same period of time!
