Maintenance page rather than banner

Bit of a strange place to post this since I can't post in the Core ideas forum without an app license (I plan to buy a Forum license soon but don't have it yet), but if it's not currently possible to set up a global maintenance mode page to redirect to, is this something you'd consider implementing?

Again I can't post in the ideas area yet, that's why I'm posting here.
