Plugin Or Way To Show Forum Members Who Have Completed List of Requirements?

i would like to implement on my forum a page or box which would display a list with progress bar showing how far the users have gotten in achieving a list of perhaps 10 or 15 different milestones, such as having read each one of a list of 15 books.

I'd like to have a place where a user could check off a list of the 15 books to show which ones he has read, and then a results page or box where we would show a list of users who had read any or all of the books, sorted with a progress bar with those who had read all of the books at the top with a 100% progress bar, and then everyone else in descending order showing how far in percentage terms that they had come to achieving the full goal of reading them all.

Is there any existing plugin or way I can implement such a scheme.

A multiple-choice poll format *might* work, but I really want the output to be a list of users so people could see where they are on the list in comparison to others.
