Notifications settings reordered

Can the many options for setting notifications be reordered, so that the most used options come first, ie most people like to alter their Forum options, so could that be at the top of the page? Or, could a feature like the Boxes feature be implemented and users can simply move the options around as they see fit by clicking on the top of each "section" of notifications and placing them into a different position?
