Set Email Templates to not follow default style installed

Is there any way I can set all of the email templates to have their own specific styling, or force override the values so it doesn’t send based on my default style?

Right now it is sending links in a white text with a white background, yet I can’t find anywhere to change this JUST for the email templates (going to Customization > Templates) shows 0 templates under the “Email Template” grouping (and when I manually search I only find 4 I can edit which don’t include the new registration email, for example).

You need to edit the template email_html. This is responsible for the e-mail style when sending a HTML e-mail.

Here is a example edit by myself for my site you can use as guidance.
