New and Updated plugins

"New" and "Updated" plugins are two different things and should not appear in the same category in the Plugin-Store. If I click on "New" I want to see something that has never been in the Plugin-Store before.

I'm not sure why this was moved, it's a critique of WoltLab's official website.
