Stability releases (also known as "minor releases") aim to solve existing problems in the current version. Like every stability release, they do not introduce new features; It is strongly recommended to apply these updates.

Updating an existing installation (recommended)

Open your Administration Control Panel and navigate to Configuration > Packages > List Packages. Please click on the button Search for Updates located in the right corner above the package list.

Updating an existing installation (alternative)

Navigate to the downloads section in the customer's area, select the appropriate version and click on the Download Update button. Open your Administration Control Panel and navigate to Configuration > Packages > List Packages. Click on the tab Upload package and select the previously downloaded files and upload them one by one, the order does not matter.

Only significant changes are included in the list below, minor fixes and typos are left out.

• The preset to display search results as threads was not applied to the quick search. 5.1

• The album and image bbcodes did not gracefully handle a missing album id. 3.0 / 3.1

• Resolved an issue related to the changes for the compatibility with PHP 7.3. 3.1
• Improved the validation of API keys for video providers. 3.1

• Images uploaded through the smiley management in the admin panel were incorrectly validated. 2.1 / 3.0 / 3.1
• Updated the Google+ login to now show as just "Google". 3.0 / 3.1
• Backspacing in an empty editor in Firefox on Android could delete the editor itself. 3.0 / 3.1
• Better validation of selected category ids for articles, preventing ghost articles that are inaccesible for users. 3.0 / 3.1
• Improved the cleanup of superfluous <br> elements in content pasted into the editor in Firefox. 3.0 / 3.1
• The mobile page menus now use a distinct data-identifier attribute to aid CSS customization. 3.1
• Unknown or deleted media elements that are embedded into articles could cause an error. 3.1

• It was not possible to connect an existing user account with a Google account. 2.1 / 3.0 / 3.1
• Attempting to sort ads and notices on any page other than the first one was malfunctioning. 3.0 / 3.1
