Moderated user groups

Hello, I was wondering is it possible to have a Moderated User group, apply only visible to certain members?

Such as It Requires X Group to apply to be in Y group?


Also, is there anyway to add to the apply? "reason" with no questions, isn't really an apply lol.

There is way too many groups, and lower level leaders of those groups to do that.

Its a gaming community, so we have 6 ranks, that member's can be. Then there is going to be another 26 (right now, more all the time). Teams they can join, the Group leaders, are not and will not be admins. I do not have time to micro manage every time people want to leave and join groups, that I am not even in control of. Such as Raid teams, Arena teams, ect.

To make matters worse, we play more than 1 game, which opens up the fact there is teams for games people dont even play showing up. Which in turn, leaves a cluttered list of teams they dont even want to join.

Currently, people can register, not even get approved and sign up for whatever they want.

Your idea, and the current system works fine, for 1-2 groups. but when you start talking about 40+ groups, this whole system comes crashing lol.

Anyway, I did a plugin request, hopefully someone can help me out :).
